  2. It sounds like a theme or plugin conflict. You will have to test to see what is causing the conflict. Themes and plugins sometimes interfere with other plugins because they are poorly written.

    Test for Theme Conflicts

    - Activate the default theme (Kubrick)
    - Test Gravity Forms to see if the form editor works

If it works, then there is something in your theme, most likely in the functions.php file preventing it from functioning properly.

If it does not work then you will have to test for Plugin Conflicts.

    Test For Plugin Conflicts

    - Deactivate *ALL* Plugins
    - Activate Gravity Forms
    - Test Gravity Forms to see if the form editor works
    - Activate each other plugin one by one, testing Gravity Forms after each plugin you activate.
    - If you hit a plugin that causes it to stop working, make note of it and deactivate it and continue just to test all the plugins you are running.

When/if you hit a plugin(s) that is causing a conflict, let us know the results and we can look into it further.

  4. Thats very odd Allen, on my test site i'm able to activate SocialGrid and TinyMCE Advanced at the same time without any problems with Gravity Forms. Are all 3 plugins up to date with the latest plugin versions?

In order to debug this further we would need an admin login to this WordPress site and an FTP login so we can take a look. You can send us this information via our contact us form if you would like us to dig deeper.

    Thanks.
