Cannot embed a form

    created a new form, tried to embeed it and its not working

    can preview form without issue.
    when using the pagepost way, my new form doesnt appear in the drop down box.

    using chrome and tested with ie 7 and still doesnt work

    I am using the latest wordpress verion and using the latest thesis theme. can anyone please advise?

    * works now! *
    create another test form, duplicated the orginal one and now all seem to appear in the drop down for me to embed
