Cannot see the form at the list after saving it

    Hi there,
    I've just bought the latest version of gravity forms and face the following issue:
    I create a new form, and when saving it it does not appear at the list. Also, when i try to create a form and preview it i get the message "ooops, we could not locate your form"...

    I have deactivated all the plugins and still no lack... I didn't get any installation errors also.
    I am using the collective theme: http://collective.themedemo.net/.

    I have also noticed this:
    I tried to create a form and after adding some fields i hit the save form button, I get the pop up saying that the form has been saved... But if i hit "continue editing this form" then back at the form all the fields are deleted... seems it does not save them at all... :(

    Any ideas? Thanks

    And also, no database tables have been created at the database...

    BUT:
    I have installed the plugin to another wordpress site and worked fine... Then exported the database tables and imported them to the initial site. Works ok now.

    The issue seems to be that the database tables were not created at the initial install.
