Cannot use Visual Editor for Email Notification Messages

    I am trying to add text to the Message area in Notifications. The message editor box won't allow me to do so. The Visual Editor and Text tabs are visible, but none of the kitchen sink/editor buttons are available either.

    Could you have possibly made any changes to your stylesheets or maybe one of the javascripts that would cause those tabs to not display or be hidden? I did notice there are a lot of CSS and JS files on your site.
