Yet when I login and try to access the documentation or Forums, it complains that I don't have a support license.

This means you registered on the support site using the wrong email address. I just checked and the email you registered with is not the email address you used to purchase Gravity Forms on PayPal. You will need to select Edit Profile and change your email address to the correct email address. This would be the email address that the license key and download link was sent to and that your PayPal payment was associated with.
