Can't add a new form title

    Anyone else having issues with this? I am trying to add a new form and the Form Name is off the page and can't be accessed by scrolling up. The only field I can input is form description.

    This is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict, can you try enabling 'No-Conflict Mode' on the Gravity Forms general settings page and see if that helps, if not you will need to test for a conflict by following the advice here http://rkt.gs/testing to narrow down the culprit

    I was having the same issue...rich that worked.....fyi.....I am using Woothemes...I don't know what anyone else is using.....thanks for the fix
