Can't add a new form title

Trying to add a new form and the Form Name is off the page and can't be accessed by scrolling up. The only field I can input is form description.

This is the exact issue I have had.

The same issue as previously posted by Brigett Owens in May, "Anyone else having issues with this? I am trying to add a new form and the Form Name is off the page and can't be accessed by scrolling up. The only field I can input is form description."(Brigett Owens)

The following 'solutions' do not work:

"This is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict, can you try enabling 'No-Conflict Mode' on the Gravity Forms general settings page and see if that helps, if not you will need to test for a conflict by following the advice here http://rkt.gs/testing to narrow down the culprit"

    Regards,
    Richard

    Neither does this: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

I look forward to an answer on how to remedy this as soon as possible.

    Hi,

As far as I am aware this issue is always caused by a plugin/theme or browser add-on conflict, can you confirm that if you switch to one of the default WordPress theme's and disable all plugins/add-ons except Gravity Forms that the problem remains. Is the problem also present if you try creating a new form in a different browser?

    Regards,
    Richard

Yes I've tried all the solutions including turning off all plugins and activating the TwentyTen theme.

I've tried both safari and firefox.

One thing to note, don't assume when you experience an issue with Gravity Forms that it's related to a similar issue you may have found in the forum. Whenever there is an issue in WordPress or Gravity Forms usually the end result is the same, no matter the cause.

So while it may sound like you're experiencing the same issue as someone else who has reported the issue, chances are you're experiencing a completely different situation even if the symptoms are the same. It's simply how WordPress is and how it behaves when there are system or javascript errors.

I am closing this forum post. Please respond to my email and I will personally assist you via your Contact Us request despite the fact that is typically only done for users who purchased Priority Support.
