Can't Add Note

  1. For some reason, I can't add a note at the end of forms I have created. I type some text in the Add Note field at the bottom and click on the Add Note button but then nothing happens, the note isn't displayed. Any ideas what this could be?

  2. Nobody else has reported this issue, you may need to check for theme and plugin conflicts and then test the Note feature. You test for plugin conflicts by deactivating all other plugins and theme conflicts by activating the default theme. After you deactivate all plugins, if the Notes works, then you activate each plugin one by one until you encounter the one causing the issue. Let us know how it goes.

  3. Actually, I am experiencing this problem too. Also, the CSS for button is 60px and the "e" in "Add Note" gets cut off. Checking plugins now.

You can check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Please be sure you are using the latest Gravity Forms 1.6.11 and WordPress 3.5. If you still need help, let us know.
