Can't create a directory

    When I try to upload the .zip, it can't create a directory.

    It sounds like you have a file permissions issue on your web server if if it unable to create the plugin folder when using the built in WordPress plugin uploader.

    The safest way to install WordPress plugins to avoid issues such as this is to use FTP.

    - Unzip the plugin zip file, it should create a folder called "gravityforms"
    - FTP into your web server
    - Navigate to the wp-content/plugins folder
    - Upload the "gravityforms" folder
    - Browser to your plugins page and activate Gravity Forms
