Can't create a new form - there is NO untitled box on new form??

HI, First time user! Just bought this and spent almost 2 hours trying to work out how to create a form and it doesn't work.

    I've followed the installation exactly.

When I go to Forms - > New Form there is NO untitled form box. The only thing I see is
    Top line "image New Form"
then next lime "Form Editor, Form settings etc"
    and boxes down the sign.

I've watched every youtube video I could find and they ALL have the Untitled form box which I dont. I've tried Edit forms and new forms there too and nothing.

    Things I tried:
    I've disabled every other plugin.
I've reset my theme to the default wordpress.
    I've tried Mozilla and IE7,8,9
I've deactivated, deleted and reloaded the Gravity Plugin zip file. I've also tried it as per the zip i got on purchasing today and also the updated one that it says it has.
I still can't see how to create a form.

    Any ideas?

  2. Hi, callumg,

I am sorry you are having such problems. Let's see if we can figure this out.

We normally have users first check for plugin/theme conflicts but it sounds like you have already done this, so that will save some time.

First off, we just released a new version today that is available for download; can you install that version and see if you are still having problems?

If you are still having problems, can you turn on debugging to see if maybe there is an error being thrown? To show errors, you can turn on debugging in your wp-config.php file. Look for the line below and set it to true, or add the line if it does not exist:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

After turning on debugging, go to the forms page again and see if you get any errors. If so, please post them.

Could you also try using Firefox with the FireBug add-on? This will show other errors, like javascript which may help point us to the issue.

Another thing to check is if there is enough PHP memory allotted. You can take a look at this article for information on changing the memory setting: http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/ .
