Cant create new form

  1. When I select "new form" the pop up only gives me the bottom of the form (I assume), and when I put in the "Form Description", and hit "create form", it gives me an error message in red to "please enter a form title". I am not a designer, I chose this because posts labeled this as the easiest plugin for Woothemes and Wordpress. I am using "The One Pager" from Woothemes.

  3. I just enabled the no conflict mode in Forms -> settings and it fixed it.

When the new form popup is stretched up and off screen it is usually due to a plugin or theme conflict, more specifically a plugin or theme including it's scripts and styles on the Gravity Forms admin pages when it shouldn't.

Enabling 'No-Conflict Mode' should work if the plugin or theme developer followed best practice and used the WordPress enqueue system when including their scripts and styles but if they didn't it may not work.

If 'No-Conflict Mode' doesn't work you would have to run through the plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting steps to identify the problematic theme or plugin so you can then report the issue to it's developer.

    Regards,
    Richard
