Can't create new form after updating to 1.7

    I just updated to 1.7. When I try to create a new form the top of the pop up box is not visible. I can't see the field for entering the title.

    Can you check to see if Forms -> Settings -> No Conflict is turned on? It should be if it isn't. Let us know if that fixes your issue.
