Can't Edit Form (Blank) After Updating Site To WordPress 3.5

  1. I have recently updated our WordPress installation to 3.5 but now when I go into the form editor to edit our form (which is working on the front end we have 212 entries) I am seeing a blank screen.

I can see the fields in the right hand column but NO FORM all I see is the list of menu options at the top, please help because I need to update a drop down field in this form.

Which version of Gravity Forms are you using? If you aren't using the latest release, can you please upgrade? Can you try the following troubleshooting steps please?

  3. Hi,
I am using Version 1.6.8.1, is this the latest version? I haven't been prompted by WordPress to update so I am assuming this is the latest version

  4. Hi,

I have followed the steps in the link above and found its actually the Gravity Forms Directory & Addons plugin that is causing the issue, which I have de-activated, however I do need this add on work so will contact the plug in support for that.

    Thank you for your help

You will also want to upgrade to 1.6.11 http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-v1-6-11-released/ at some point. Not sure why you weren't prompted to update. All my best and good luck!
