can't edit form due to plugin conflict

    When I recently tried editing my form (http://parentvine.net/directory/add-a-listing/), it wouldn't allow me to - the error message said it might be because of a plugin conflict.

    I can edit my contact form (http://parentvine.net/about/contact/) without any problems; I can also create new forms and edit them. It seems to only be the one form where I have this issue.

    When I first experienced the error, I had the following plugins installed. Are there any known conflicts?

    Akismet
    bbPress Integration - PF altered
    GeoMashups
    Google Calendar Events
    Hybrid Hook Widgets
    Members
    Query Multiple Taxonomies
    Query Posts
    Series
    Slideshow
    Widget Logic

    I've since installed the following plugins, but the problem with the Gravity Forms occurred beforehand, so I don't think they're to blame...
