Can't export entries

    Hi!
    I can't export any entries from my forms. In Forms > Import / Export I select a form in the dropdown, but it doesn't list the fields for me to choose, like it did before. Nothing happens.

    I tried disabling all other plugins, but with no success.

    Sorry for not posting the form url, but it's already inactive.

  3. I am having the same problem.

    One site ShiftSelling.com works fine but another site - TriggerEventBook.com that uses the same multi-site license does not?

    I choose the form, say email only for the check box and hit enter.

    It then says "Exporting entries. Please wait"

    I see that my status bar says waiting for TriggerEventBook.com and then nothing.

    The files are not in my downloads directory.

    Any suggestions?

    Most of them relate to permissions issues. Scroll through, give the fixes a try, and if nothing works let me know and we'll dig deeper.

  5. I'm having a similar issue as others above. Once I choose a form to export, nothing happens.

    I've checked permissions and everything there seems kosher.

    @David Smith - the thread you linked to seems to have been removed?

  8. If you are having problems exporting entries and you see a "Exporting entries. Please wait" message then that means you are running an old version of Gravity Forms. The export routine has been re-written since then. Make sure you are running the latest version.
