Can't get GF to pass information to PayPal

Just purchased the PayPal Addon and I've configured it as directed, but it's not passing any information to PayPal. I admit I'm a newbie with this, so I apologize in advance ...

Very simple implementation. No SSL, no attempt to pass credit card information.
The problem: You fill out the page and hit submit, and it just goes to the generic PayPal page (https://www.paypal.com/) - with the information from the form filled in on the PayPal page ....

I was hoping that it would go to a page that looked like this: http://twitpic.com/a5hvus

I've enabled IPN on the PayPal account (which is a Business account)

What am I missing?
