    I ahve requested an upgrade code multiple times. i.e., I want to give you money. Will you take it? (my money, that is) Please send a code.

    We have a bunch of upgrade coupon codes we will be sending out later today. Product development and product support for customers comes first, we have a small team so I process upgrade requests in batches not individually as they arrive. It should arrive soon.
