Can't install form on a page, then can

Often times after a new installation, I can't install a form on a page with the "Forms" button. I must hand write the short code onto the page and then it works fine.

Right now, I seem to be stuck in this mode on one site. Is there a remedy for this, some permissions thing or something I could be aware of?

  2. If the "Insert Form" wizard doesn't work in the post editor, this is a browser cache issue. Your browser has loaded the javascript on that page from cache and hasn't loaded the necessary Gravity Forms javascript which is why it doesn't insert the shortcode. The solution is to completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and then try again.

Thanks, I'll try to remember that. I guess that's why these eventually fix themselves. I suppose the installation weighed heavily on the cache. Thanks, Carl.
