Can't setup a MailChimp-Feed

  1. When I try to setup a MailChimp-Feed the wheel is spinning endlessly. I created a form with only one email-feed. What could have gone wrong?

    Thanks

Can I please have you try the following steps to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict that we can isolate?

You probably can, but you might want to contact the theme developer and ask them not to output their JavaScript on wp-admin pages that aren't their own as that is likely what was causing the issue.

    All my best!

    Hi

I am getting similar symptoms, have gone through the check above, and narrowed it down to a conflict with S3FlowShield Plugin.

If I disable the plugin while setting up the feed, it all works ok, and if I re-enable the plugin afterwards, the actual form appears to work as far as I can tell with the tests I have done so far.

It appears the conflict stops the initial feed connection.

    Please help.

    Thank you.

  6. You may have to work around the problem, as you have, by deactivating the S3FlowShield plugin while creating a new feed. This conflict should not affect the form itself, as the problem is likely JavaScript or jQuery being output on the Gravity Forms admin pages by this other plugin. Since you map feeds infrequently, your work around may be the best you can do until that plugin is updated to eliminate the conflict.
