Can't Type in Name Field

    I noticed that on all of my forms the users are unable to type in the NAME field, I have to go add a single-line field. I'm on the current version of Gravity Forms.

    I tried disabling all the plugins, and our theme and I was still having problems with the name field. I changed it to a 'simple' name fiend and the extended name field and I'm able to type in both of those.

    I'm also seeing this error on the developer pane of Chrome: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ;
