Captcha Has No "Required" Tick Box

  1. Adding a captcha box at the end of my form, but there's no option to tick "required", rendering the captcha pointless. Tested completing the form and could successfully submit bypassing the captcha.

How do I enable this option? I have tried deleting the captcha widget and adding it again, in hope the "required" tick box was added in an update, no luck.

Would love a solution to this, thank you.

  2. We don't place a required option on the CAPTCHA field because if it's on a form it is required by default. You being able to submit without filling it out leads me to believe you have a conflict of some kind and you might want to run through a theme/plugin conflict test:

I was unable to replicate this on my dev site: screenshot

  3. Thank you Rob, taking time to leave a helpful answer.

Will investigate further with additional testing.

    Most appreciated.
    Anthony.
