Category Drop Down List Not Fully Populating

Hi,

I've just bought my copy of Gravity Forms, and am creating my first form. When i select 'Post Category', then select 'Select Categories', the list doesn't fully populate- it misses of the bottom 5 categories. If i select 'All Categories', then preview, the drop down list fully populates with all the categories.

Any Suggestions?
