category order and colums

    hello all,

    i have 20 category. in check box i dont want them to be in one colum. looks messy. is there any way to make them 3-4 colums? and change the alphabetic order?

    There isn't currently an easy way to re-order those categories when they are automatically added to a dropdown/checkbox/etc. You could use a gf_pre_render hook to re-pull them in a different order and pre-populate the form, but it would be a bit of a pain.
