Change an Order

    Hello there! We recently had an instance where a customer needed to change one of the products in an order that was already submitted. When editing the entry, I noticed that product fields cannot be changed. Is there any work around for this? It is kind of a hassle to cancel an order every time a change is needed.

  2. There is no way around that as far as I know. Product fields are not editable after the entry is created.
