Change Encoding Type?

I'm working with a 3rd party CRM system that gets forms submissions through email.

Problem is that they're having issues with whatever is the default encoding method that Gravity Forms sends in... I need to be able to update it to send differently. Are there any suggestions out there for how to go about doing that?

I looked into the hooks but don't see something that would do what I need.

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Hi, lizfulghum,

Gravity Forms uses the value in the "Encoding for pages and feeds" setting on the Reading Settings page (screenshot: http://grab.by/cxcC ) to set the encoding for the emails. There isn't a hook to change this.
