Change "from" email from my email address to user's email address

My new contact form is working fine, but the email I receive has my own email address in the "from" field. To reply to the reader, I need to copy their email address from inside the email, rather than just hitting the reply button. How do I make the "from" email address be the one given by the person who fills out the form, instead of mine?
