Change url--shortcode not working

    Greetings,
I purchased GForms yesterday and set the initial site to http://christianheritagefellowship.com. However, though GForms worked last night, all it returns today is the shortcode in the post. I have moved the plugin to a subdomain (http://resources.christianheritagefellowship.com) and have updated my account at your site to the same. However, after reinstalling it at http://resources. christianheritagefellowship.com, it still will not work for me. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated!

  3. Chances are changing the URL corrupted the serialized meta values. When you changed the domain, you changed the length of the string, so the meta values are now corrupt. You can try our meta recovery tool which can download here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/#Gravity_Forms_Meta_Recovery_Tool

If possible, you can change the URL back, then export your forms, change the domain, then import the form in the new site.
