Change URL when submit form

  1. Hi,
I have a form in the middle of page and when someone hits submit button it refreshes page. Then, visitors have to scroll down the page to see form confirmation or errors. I'd like to add for example "#formname" to the URL when someone submits form. Is it possible with any filter?

Also, how can I customize error message for each form?
