Hi Gravity forms,
I am using gravity forms on a Wordpress MU site. For testing purposes I created a bunch of sub sites and imported the same 3 forms with Gravity forms to ensure that all sites had the same three forms. The sites were created with add Site Feature which automatically creates a user and generates a password. So far so good. Sites were created, users were created, forms imported all looking good, tested all forms and everything is captured and working as it should.
The problem starts when I go to change the site admin email. I log in as the admin user and change the email on the profile page. The usual occurs where Wordpress sends an email to the new address and after I click the mail all updates as it should. The problem is that now all Gravity Forms that were in the site before are now not responding. When you hit submit, the post happens correctly, but the confirmation message that was set to display no longer shows up. I did some diagnostics and the email and the entry in Gravity forms is not even registered.
Checking a bit deeper I noticed the Admin Email for the subsite was still the old so I corrected that. Now both emails are the same and went back to test the forms.. Same issue.. the forms render but once you hit submit, the browser registers the post but the form does not respond, and not entry into the database at all.....
Thinking I did something wrong, I changed back the values of the admin email and the user email to it's old one and then things started to work again......
Can you please explain how this could be happening? I am abit confused as to why this is occurring, and am very eager to set this sites live, but cannot since all the emails for each subsite need to change and thus rendering all my forms broken.
