I have 2 other forms on a website sending payment to PayPal. They are working. But I have a third for with 4 check box options for different prices which is not going to PayPal. I simply get a notification message saying the form was submitted. I never get to the PayPal screen with the check box option. Can you please help me?

If the form isn't redirecting to PayPal it is because no product was selected or the total is $0.00, in which case it will not redirect to PayPal.
It sounds like you don't have a Product Field on that form and are only using an Option Field. Your form HAS to have a Product Field if you are using Pricing Fields. Options are Options of a Product, they do not exist by themselves. Options are things such as size, color, etc. The Product is what you are actually selling (ex. t-shirt).
So you need to make sure your form has a Product Field on it. You mentioned Checkboxes which are only available as an option on the Option Field so i'm assuming this is the problem.
