Right at the end of this form is a checkbox 'I have read and agreed to Unleashed's terms and conditions'. It is a required field. However, whether or not that field is checked before being submitted, it comes up with this error:
There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.
And that field highlighted in red.
I've tried deleting the field, and then creating a new field, to no avail.
