Checkbox with text field

    Is it possible to have a list of checkboxes, each with a text field? For example, when a user chooses an option from the list, they then have to give further details using the necessary text field. This could appear when the user selects the checkbox, or could be there along...

    Yes you can do this with conditional logic. You would use conditional logic on the appropriate text field to show if and when a selection is made from the appropriate checkbox item.

    Conditional logic is found via the "Advanced" tab when you are editing a field.

    Thanks for your reply. I had this in mind already, but was hoping to combine the text and the checkboxes into one field, rather than 2 (I assume thats what you're suggesting?)

    I don't think this is possible. From a data stand point - the checkbox field and the text field are separate fields - as they are both unique inputs, not one input.
