Checkboxes, Dropdown and Radio Buttons Problem

  1. Hello!

Checkboxes, Dropdown and Radio Buttons are all unresponsive when I click the Edit button. I'm using Gravity Form with the Multi-Lingual Add-On from WPML.

    Please help!

I've got the same problem here, would need a quick fix ASAP. (I am not using the Multi-Lingual Add-On though)

    Thanks,
    Have a great day.

  4. @TSCADFX and @lrsuccess - please post your own support topics so we can better server everyone individually. While some things may seem related, most of the time they are not and it's hard to help the original poster when other people jump on board with other issues.

@KnightHawkXIV - Do you happen to have the No Conflict mode turned on in the Plugin Settings? If so, try turning that off. Can you also post a link to a form and are you having any issues with form display? Are you running the latest version of WP and GF (1.6.4.1.1)?

  5. Rob. We are talking about the same issue. While trying to edit a form most items are editable however there are some that are not. For example when clicking edit on a checkbox item the edit menu never expands. Essentially there's nothing you can do to edit the newly created or existing item.

This issue has absolutely nothing to do with the form being seen by the end user it has to do with the admin side.

I reverted back to the prior release (before the latest released on 05/02/12) and editing works fine again.

If you would like us to make separate forum posts that's fine but it goes against forum etiquette and is usually discouraged.

  6. @TSCADFX I don't necessarily agree that Rob's request goes against good forum etiquette but we do have a problem with too many people hijacking threads and that just slows down the support process for everyone. If you are in fact talking about the same issue, then weighing in here is fine.. if it's not the same issue, even while similar, it may be more prudent to start a new topic to keep everyone on the same track.
