"city field" does not appear when changing themes

  1. Hello --
I have two themes ("rhea" http://themeforest.net/item/rhea-for-photography-creative-portfolio/1187949?WT.ac=portfolio&WT.seg_1=portfolio&WT.z_author=peerapong) and "Passion" http://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/passion/ ---
I setup my site originally with Rhea but would like to switch to Passion (it's a responsive theme).
I have a gravity form which has two "address" blocks... and they work fine with Rhea.
When I change themes and go to the page with the form, the "city" field is gone in both address block instances. And since this field is required (and also needed!), the page cannot be submitted, so... this is a problem. : (
    any suggestions are welcome.
    Thank you!
    -Todd

  2. Todd, we would need to see the form in your page.. preferably with the theme where the fields do not show up. If you have a URL to your actual form page you can share we will be happy to take a look.

  3. certainly. : )
I could even give you administrative access so you could change the theme from rhea to passion... but, I can't post that in the forum.can you send a private message to me?
(oops, I see only developer licenses get that kind of support, ... I need to upgrade but I can't do that today)...
    thanks,
    -Todd

    the url is : http://www.johnfriedmanflowers.com/contact/
and it's when you click : I'd like to place an order... and that switches conditional logic to display the additional form info...

  5. Thank you for upgrading to a developer license today!

I see the city field fine in Firefox on OSX. Screenshot: http://minus.com/loiaeT4zDu59e

It's just above the word "City" to the left of the State drop down where it says Texas. Are you having a problem in this Passion theme?
