I want to be able to have our form fields clear and show a message after a successful submission. Currently I can get it to redirect, show a message, but can't get it to just clear and show a message.
I'd prefer it to stay on the same page as sometimes users have multiple submissions they need to enter into this form.
The best way to clear the form is to just reload it fresh. Does the confirmation redirect not accomplish that for you? How about if in your confirmation message, you include a link back to the page where the form is located and say "Submit another entry?" and that links them back to a fresh form.
