Clicking on a field to add it to a form doesn't work. I click on it and nothing happens - no field is added to the form. Let me know if you can help at all.

Can you go to Forms -> Settings and turn on No Conflict and see if that helps please?

It is still not working. When I click to add a field it usually does not add one.

Also, when saving a form the new fields that have been added (when it lets me add fields) disappear. Clicking save again makes them re-appear. I can cycle through having the new fields appear and disappear by clicking save.

PS - This is a wordpress installation that I recently moved to a new hosting account. These problems started after the move and may have to do with how I moved it. I copied over all the files from the root folder to the new host using ftp and imported the database using myphpadmin. I'm not skilled at doing either and may have messed things up in the process.

You can't move serialized data like this, also if your domain changed, this would cause other problems as well. Can you please do the following to try to isolate your issue: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Also, if you are using a Caching plugin, that might be causing an issue. Can you empty your cache, and read up on how to properly disable it before testing any further?

Thanks - it seems to be two plugins. WP-Ban and WP Security Scan
