Do you allow us as developer's to "resell" a license to our clients without requiring the client to purchase their own?
I looked for information detailing how the developer's license works and couldn't find anything treating the developer/client relationship.

With a developer license you can to install Gravity Forms on as many sites as you wish, including your client sites.
However, one thing to keep in mind is clients will not be able to get support directly. Only the actual license holder will have access to the support forums, documentation, etc.
In some situations it may make sense to purchase a single license for the client. This is so they can access support for their own license if you are no longer doing work with them.
Some developers use their developer license, others purchase a license for each client. It's entirely up to your relationship with the client and how you want to do it.
