Collecting YouTube embed code

    Hi,
    I am trying to allow users submitting a from to me to include their YouTube embed code, but it doesn't seem to work, the field is just blank in the submitted form when I test it.

    How can I allow a person submitting a form to send me the embed code for their YouTube video?
