I have 2 forms on 2 separate pages but they both related to one event, when people submit these 2 forms it's hard to find who submitted what. Is there a way to combine these 2 forms into 1? Page break?
In my case it's forms on http://hudsontenpercentchallenge.org/ and http://hudsontenpercentchallenge.org/home/acknowledgement/

This isn't currently supported. The forms are completely separate and their data is stored separately and attached to different forms.
You would have to create a new form, or modify one of your existing forms and turn it into a multi-page form and capture all of the data on a single form.
