    I'm trying to implement some things to speed up tbfaa.devsite103.com. Right now it's running pretty slowly. I installed a plugin called "File Aggregate" and if I "Enable JS (Javascript) Files Aggregation" the "Join the TBFAA" form no longer shows up. The page loads, but not the form.

    Any suggestions?

    No suggestions, we are aware there are some issues with using plugins that minify Gravity Forms javascript. We are going to look into it, although currently there is no solution. We have to make changes on our end to enable the JS to be minified and function properly that way.
