Complex form with Conditional and Dynamic Properties

    We are in need of a form that has dynamic (array) and conditional/relational requirements. I can discuss the scope in detail and provide the static form (currently in use) that we are replacing. The variables of the form change every quarter so ease-of-maintenance is paramount.
