Conditional Logic based on check-box input, ignored?

  1. I have a checkbox field with 4 checkboxes.

Each checkbox is supposed to show multiple fields.
The first checkbox works beautifully as expected.

    Every other checkbox is ignored.

    Things I've tried:

    • Changing each field to match 'ANY'
    • Changing each answer from 'IS' to 'CONTAINS'

If you need additional information please let me know.

  2. Please post a link to the page on your site where the form is embedded so we can see what you're talking about.

Is it possible you changed your form after creating your conditional logic rules, so the rules not longer work because the conditions no longer apply? You can sometimes export the form then reimport it, and it will work after that.

Let us know what you find out. Beyond these suggestions, it will likely be a configuration issue with the conditions you have set up.

  4. The reason is you have conditional logic on the section breaks and then under those sections you have selections that should show based on other selections that do not equal the section break. When you apply rules to section breaks - all fields below it are going to follow suit to that section break until you place another section break to clear it. Does that make sense?

  5. Yes that makes sense,
I didn't know that it was that intuitive.

So I'll remove all conditional logic in the forms underneath each section and give a section for each 'check box'

    Thank you
