Conditional logic breaks when using images.

I have been working on a client website using Gravity Forms. Instead of just using the just text for my options I have added images to my fields to give more functionality. I simply added the img url html code into the choices fields under properties of a multiple choice box. It works perfectly fine on the second step of conditional logic. The issue I am having is when I add an image to the first step fields of conditional logic it breaks the conditional logic from working. I want to provide a picture with each option rather then just text.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. When inserting HTML into a multiple choice or checkbox field, enable values on the choices and then give the value for each option a value that does not contain HTML. Something shorter. Save your form, and then edit the conditional logic fields again and re-setup that conditional logic. You need to use values when using HTML in the choice names.

Excellent thank you very much. This worked great. Just to clarify for anyone that gets confused, the html code goes in the label box.
