Conditional Logic Error: gformIsHidden is not defined

  1. This just started happening when we upgraded to the newest version of Gravity Forms (1.6.4.1). We're getting an error in gravityforms/js/conditional_logic.js?ver=3.4.1 that says: "gformIsHidden is not defined".

Something that could be contributing to this error is the fact that the form is initially set to 'display: none;' and only appears when the user clicks on a link in the footer, which causes the form to appear inside of a tooltip.

Here is a link to the site: http://buccanpalmbeach.com/

And here is a screenshot of the error: http://buccanpalmbeach.com/images/conditional-logic-error.jpg

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

  2. Update: I have confirmed that the form displays correctly on a page ( http://buccanpalmbeach.com/home/gift-cards/ ), but if the form's initial state is hidden then we get the conditional logic error.
