Conditional Logic: Filter by Category

    Hi,

I'm using Gravity Forms for a web site where people (site visitors) can post to the site (create WordPress posts) using the form. Within the form, I have three category dropdowns (each dropdown has a specific group of categories; the user must pick one from each). I am planning to charge the users for posting to the site---I have installed the PayPal standard payments add-on.

What I want to do is this: based on the categories a user selects while posting, I want to alter the amount that the user has to pay. But I'm not sure how to go about this as there seems to be no way to apply conditional logic based on the categories chosen. How do I set a different price for each post based on the categories they pick, using Gravity Forms and the PayPal add-on?

Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you for your time!

  2. Will you be allowing multiple categories, and how will the pricing work?
