Conditional Logic is not working after upgrading to 1.6.5.1

    I upgraded to version 1.6.5.1 a couple of days ago.
    Before upgrading everything was working fine but since then my conditional logic is not working.

    My logic is:
    when the check box is checked, next part of form will appear.

    Is there any way to solve this problem?
    Or should I downgrade it to make it work? If so, how can I get the previous version?

    Which checkbox are you referring to here? I do see your form, but what part of it is not working?

    Also, please be sure to do a hard refresh with the browser or use a completely different browser to ensure that there is no cached JavaScript.
