Conditional Logic Not Working After Embedding form in IFrame

  1. Hi there: I have spent a couple hours here trying to find out why an embedded form stopped working after conditional logic was applied. I got close to an answer but it did not solve my problem.

I am hoping for some advice on this form http://www.sixteenfront.com/contactUs.php. It is a stand alone form using an iframe. The form works great until I introduce conditional logic. Any ideas on how I can get this form working with conditional logic?

    Thanks a bunch in advance!

  3. jQuery is being included at the end of the page, rather than the beginning. That's too late for it to work properly with Gravity Forms.

Also, the iFramed content is incomplete. It's not a full web page. But the main issue is that jQuery is being loaded too late.
