Conditional logic not working at all

  1. hi - admittedly, my first gravity form, but the conditional logic doesn't work.

After reading other forum entries I have checked where the JQuery is loading, and it is in the header (not footer) - so can't be that reason.

I have loaded it on a product Shopp page - if this makes any difference (Shopp is an e-commerce plugin). It is only on these pages that I want to use a gravity form (or have had reason to use it).

I have, however, checked the form on a regular post page, but the conditional logic doesn't work there, either.

After setting the form up I checked it in the gravity preview window, where the conditional logic does work.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

  2. Based on a previous forum entry that didn't say this but had me think ... I removed a 'hidden' field type I had included - and now the conditional logic works.

I need that hidden field, however, to tell me from which page the form was sent.

Is there some other way I can do this without jeopardising the conditional logic?

Advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

Can you post a link to a page containing the form with conditional logic and hidden field

  4. Thanks richardvav for your helpful response. I managed to resolve it, however, and all is okay (by placing the hidden field at the end, everything works as expected).
