Conditional logic is not working on my e-mail field. I know this did work at one time. Conditional logic is working on all other fields. I even have another field that has conditional logic set exactly the same based on the same field and it works.
I have tested for plugin and theme conflicts.
Can you export the form and send the XML file to me to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look. Please reference this post in your email.
Glenn, this worked for me - how you have it setup:

Try to do a re-import of the form on your site to see if that clears it up.
It seems there was some problem with the option that I was basing the conditional logic on not registering or something. Anyway, it is working now.
