Conditional Logic not working on Multi-Page

    I have a Multi Page form going here -> http://www.thebridgejoplin.info/summer-camp/

    However when you get to the 3rd page the conditional logic I have in play doesn't seem to work. I have it set so 2 more fields show up everytime you click to add a week of camp. However, nothing happens when I click to add the week of camp.

    Any ideas?

    It's difficult to determine without looking at your form settings and seeing how you have the conditional logic setup, etc. If you can send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post we'd be glad to take a look and see what is going on.

    I am going to have to turn off the conditional logic functionality for now so that I can link up to this form and it be usable at all. I don't mind if you need or want to get into it and try to make it function the way it was intended which I explained above a little bit. I would still like to know why it wasn't working.
